1.Q:Why your price is higher than other suppliers?
A:Different Products has different price,although the same product which use different fabric and workmanship will have different price, as supplier, we promiss to provide the best pre-sales and after-sales service for the customers
2.Q: What is your minimum quantity for the order?
A: For the stock item, there is no MOQ, you can buy any piece with our wholesale price; For the OEM order, The MOQ is 100pcs/design/color. If you want to order less, there will be extral handling charge. The policy may change, so you'd better negociate with our sales.
3.Q:Can I put my design logo on the items?
A:Sure, we can put your logo on our designs or any items.We can make the logo by heat transfer, screen printing and so on, we just need the vector AI logo File
4.Q:How much charge for samples?
A:It depend on products technique and value, usually most sample charge is US$100 per pcs, The policy may change, so you'd better negociate with our sales.
5. Q: How to get a sample?
A: Contact our sales directly, and tell them the item No and size, the PI will send to you for confirmation. If need custom sample, please send your design or pattern to our sales and ask for PI, the sample fee can be refuned after the mass production.
6.Q:What’s the production lead time?
A:Our products lead time is about 20-35 working days after the details comfirmed and deposit received, depend on the order quantity and material.
7.Q:How do you control the product’s quality?
A:We have QA&QC department and all the products will be 100% checked before pack. And you can send your QC Team or ask the 3rd party to inspect the products before we ship.
8.Q: How long to deliver the products?
A: For the stock items, it will be within 3 work days. For the custom items,sample is 5-7 days, mass production is 15-30 days according to your order quantity.
9.Q: What is your payment method for new customers?
A: For the sample order or small amount order, we recommend paypal, western union and trade assurance. For the formal order or big amount order, we recommend use wire transfer and trade assurance.
